For most users, a board can be recovered from a software failure by reloading the operating system. It is then recommended to format the used SDCard and to follow instruction give in the installation page.

If, after re-initialisation of the embedded software, your board does boot any more.It may be an issue in the BootROM. Recommendations is then to contact ST.
